☐ Make a list of repairs. Get quotes. Schedule to have repairs done.

☐ Make sure your curb appeal is up to par. The first thing that attracts a buyer is the outer appearance of a home.

☐ Hire a cleaning service. A spotless house always looks great in pictures and in person. Our team partners with an excellent cleaning service.

☐ Obtain a mortgage payoff letter. Contact your lender to see what your final balance is to pay off your mortgage.

☐ Obtain a Seller’s net sheet. This will tell you approximately how much you will net, in pocket, after closing the sale. These numbers will change based on accepted offer price, credits, and final closing cost numbers.

☐ Assess Comps. Comps are comparable used to determine how much similar homes in your area are selling for. Our team prepares a CMA (Comparative Market Analysis) prior to your home hitting the market.

☐ Create a schedule. If you are still living in the home that you plan to sell, put together a schedule that works best for you to allow buyers to schedule viewings. If home is vacant, be sure to make a copy of the keys for realtor.
